RHYTHM ON WHEELS captures the excitement and challenges of students returning to campus after months of virtual classes and social bubbles. Getting back to normal won't be easy. But a spirited foreign exchange student is determined to make it happen. She starts by giving a wheelchair user the courage to dance and find love. Eventually she brings the whole group together through the magic of music.
